CBD (Cannabidiol) is a cannabinoid associated with numerous health and wellness benefits. All errbshop CBD products are infused with broad spectrum CBD derived from select hemp cultivated in the USA.

Drug tests vary as to what compounds are being analyzed, so we are unable to make any claims or guarantees regarding use of our products and drug tests.

We use “whole plant” CBD extract in our products. Many manufacturers use what is called isolate – where the CBD molecules are isolated without other parts of the plant. Our extract contains CBD derived from select hemp cultivated in the USA which contains most of the plant’s original compounds including other non-intoxicating phytocannabinoids, terpenes and plant waxes to create a broad spectrum, whole plant formula.

Researchers theorize that broad spectrum extracts make CBD readily absorbed and bioavailable. These scientists believe that when phytocannabinoids and terpenes are combined the result is greater than any single compound used in isolation, a phenomenon they describe as the “Entourage Effect.” We have developed our errbshop formulas to harness the Entourage Effect using the finest sourced ingredients in what we believe are the most beneficial products available on the market today.

errbshop products are tested up to four times across the manufacturing process. Testing is done by independent 3rd party ISO certified labs. We and our suppliers test our products at various points in the production process including: Dried hemp plant, Ingredient (hemp extract), Bulk (product after infusion), and/or Finished Good (final product). errbshop products use full spectrum hemp extract that contains non-intoxicating phytocannabinoids and terpenes found in the plant. Our CBD ingredient is extracted from select domestically cultivated hemp through a CO2 extraction and purification technology that meets our rigorous standards for taste, color, quality, CBD content, and purity. We independently lab-test every batch of hemp extract before it is infused into our products for CBD content and other cannabinoids, pesticides, contaminants, and residual solvents.

Our hemp grower/processor is located in the United States and uses Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout their supply chain and utilizes sustainable non-GMO farming practices.

Our Finished Goods testing is performed by independent 3rd party ISO-certified labs. We test for cannabinoid and terpene profile (amount in milligrams of present cannabinoids and terpenes) in addition to testing for Pesticides, Microbials, Mycotoxins, Heavy Metals and Residual Solvents.

How can I make a change to an order I just placed online?

Please email us at info@errbshop.com as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order or change the shipping method. We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 typically take 1-10 business days depending on your location. Standard Shipping orders are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday and on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer 1-day and 2-day express shipping via Federal Express.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

What are shipping costs?

errbshop offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 1-10 business days, depending on location and product mix.

Express shipping options are available via FedEx (2 business day and overnight). Express shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

I tracked my USPS package online and it shows that it was not yet sent, although I placed my order days ago – does this mean it was not shipped?

We have found that often USPS does not scan packages at the point of origin so the online tracking shows not shipped even if the package was shipped. If you have a concern about your order, email us at info@errbshop.com and we will confirm date of shipment.
